Dean Nucich founded Urban Offerings, Inc. in 2005 to direct the acquisition, design, entitlement, development/construction management, and marketing efforts to consistently capture the long term value of real estate on behalf of its capital partners. Urban Offerings places an emphasis on well-designed urban infill projects to maximize the value of an asset through higher occupancy, rents and exit pricing.

Mr. Nucich holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Geography from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a licensed Broker in the State of California.

Marc Cucco brings over a decade of experience in architecture, design and construction to Urban Offerings. He has worked on numerous built projects on both coasts, with expertise in creative office, high-rise design, and workplace strategy.

Currently at Urban Offerings, Marc is responsible for all aspects of the development process. He is a Development Director for mixed-use office projects totaling $130 million of real estate investments, and is managing each project through acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, and leasing. The projects are balanced between adaptive reuse and new construction in urban infill sites.

Marc is a graduate from USC Price School in 2017 with a Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) and recipient of Exceptional Performance on the MRED Comprehensive Examination. Prior to USC, he was Senior Designer at Gensler LA where he worked on commercial and creative office projects in Sothern California. Marc also holds a Masters of Architecture from Yale University (2009) and a Bachelors of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
